Chef Nikki, the owner and creator of 

Pink Confetti. She enjoys the fun and exciting world of decorating cakes, and cupcakes.

 

Background

In 2011, Chef Nikki was inspired to pursue her dream of becoming a baker. Therefore, she traded in her psychology degree for an apron and a chef hat. Chef Nikki attended the International Culinary Institute at the Art Institute of Washington, with the concentration in Baking and Pastry. 

She knew once she started culinary school she was right where she belonged. While attending Culinary School the idea of Pink Confetti Cakery was created. Upon graduating in 2014, Chef Nikki decided to use her talent and extensive knowledge of desserts not only to create beautifully designed cupcakes, and cakes for “Sweet Toothers” but to create something that will enhance all special occasions. Chef Nikki decided to share her talent with people of her community by creating the most delicious and visually appealing cakes, cupcakes, and cookies.
